One star and that’s being generous the service I’ve received from them has been terrible I was in a car accident in January and my vehicle was written off I have had to constantly chase them to get things sorted your on hold for over an hour every time you call before you Evan get to speak to any one then when you finally do get through to someone they haven’t got a clue how to sort you query so getting put on hold again for 20/30 minutes at a time.
I still haven’t been paid out for my car and every person I’ve spoken to since hasn’t been able to sort it.
They’re cheap for a reason the service is shocking.
