Great app, fab customer service.

I moved to chase following the introduction of the rewards programme for cashback. The app is great and easy to use and the service provided is very good. I received brilliant customer service when I was trying to recover some money and they resolved the issue very fast. A drawback is that now I have been them a while, the scope of the cashback has reduced to just specific spendings. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026

Great interest and benefits

The current account is super easy to use with great benefits such as interest rates and abroad spending. I have experienced a scam recently, of my own misjudgement and Chase customer service were great at supporting and helping me get the money back. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
