Very poor service regarding a SIPP transfer.

Very poor service regarding a SIPP transfer. I spent hours on the phone ( doing FreeTrades job) talking to my SIPP provider trying to find where the problem was - no and poor communication from FreeTrade! Now I am missing dividend payments on my ISA account! Time to more to a professional platform. Very poor experience. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024
