Chase above the rest

Roundups and the 1% cashback are the biggest highlights for me. These are not offered by the established high street banks. The app notifies me instantly whenever I make a purchase. This year I queried a transaction on my account and contacting Chase was simple - they acted appropriately to respond to my issue. The linked savings account is also handy and easy to manage via the app. The only drawbacks would be lack of cash deposits and the bank is still building a reputation in the UK compared to other app-based banks.
