Excellent service and facility

Both on setting up the mortgage - and then on its ceasing I was able to speak with people at the Society, all of whom were very helpful in guiding me through the procedures etc. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Move from expiring fix to new product

I had useful discussions in reviewing the way ahead from the expiry of my fix. I felt that NBS had by best interests at heart and carefully explained the pros and cons of moving onto a discounted variable rate for 3 years Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
