Avoid at all costs to compensate for lost luggage. Despite clear evidence from airline, now Aviva want photographs of the items we are claiming for. It was a 3wk multi-destination 60th Birthday celebration, common sense would determine, we needed sufficient clothes and items for such a holiday.
