I have been with clockwise credit union since I was 17 yrs old I am now 43 yrs old I have never had a problem. But since the office closed in Coventry city centre and the entire business is now an online service its has failed me miserably my mother and 4 aunties all have accounts to witch they now won’t to close as the telephone manor and helpfulness has gone the staff are rood unhelpful very nonchalant and not bothered that is not how to run customer service after my holiday next year I will be closing my account to kind regards Lisa maggs membership number 121749 . I have 5 aunties wonting to close thier accounts after Coventry city’s credit union office closed and everything became on line they feel left behind and forgotten about as my mother was one of your first members when opened in Coventry and I completely agree with them your phone staff are rood and don’t have time to help elderly people not on line witch has lead to my auntie’s being very upset this decision did not help Coventry member’s Lisa maggs Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
