Good but Bad

Customer service is brilliant. Very helpful call centre. Downside is that you spend a lot of time chasing up money that should have been paid into your account. Benefits are a lot of hassle to get paid in, even after sending in all your details of benefit and it being linked to your account , you still have to ring and chase up the money to be able to use it.
