Absolutely love Monzo! :)

I have been with Monzo since 2020 I have never once had an issue with them or their service if I have ever had to contact customer service for any sort of issue which is nothing to do with them personally they always deal with the issue straight away, whenever I’m owed a refund they make sure I get it back asap they always go above and beyond, the feature to have separate pots really helps me for bills, budgeting, spending, saving it’s great! And being able to get my money a few days before I’m due to get paid is such a big bonus this helps me more than anything! I never understand why people have such bad things to say about Monzo because I have never once had an issue to do with them personally, even though I’m only on the basic account it’s everything I need, one day I am hoping when I’m financially better to join either the max or perks as the benefits it comes with looks completely worth it, I wouldn’t bank anywhere else now thank you Monzo!
