LISTENS AND IMPROVES FOR THE CUSTOMER!

I have been a free trade customer since they first opened. It's been a great experience. Even when they try to make the experience better by creating new products which may limit some people. Eg some shares can only be purchased if you have a paid subscription, they listen to their customers and made some more shares accessible for those not willing to pay subscriptions for whatever reason. They are an amazing company and all the customer service help I have requested has been amazing. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024
