Absolute muppets

terrible websites, staff give you conflicting messages and they do all they can to wriggle out of paying. I know 4 people who have made very legitimate and standard claims and have been waiting months following complaining for a sensible outcome. This company is on its knees, given the way they operate! I'm sure they won't last very long if they continue treating customers the way they do. Reviewed on: 19th October 2016
