Understanding, Caring and Compassionate

I had experienced fraud on my bank card and it had to be cancelled and so my payment wasn’t able to be taken, I spoke to the lovely staff who were so kind and understanding and they got me set up with a new payment method. The payment was made successfully and there were no fees or anything added. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding and making a hard time a bit easier. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
