Been with chase for a few years and cannot fault them from their notifications to the customer service it’s been 5 star. I’ve used the savings accounts too which was great when saving for holidays, Christmas and rainy days. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

I’ve been with chase, just under a year now, it’s great been able to financially sort myself out with the help with their banking app and other services. Easy to use as well been able to open a number of sub accounts to help save for holidays and other events all at a click of a button Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
