Excellent customer service, the app is very easy to...

Excellent customer service, the app is very easy to manouveur and there is actually a human to speak with on the chat function. Most if not all banks now especially in the UK where I reside are robots on chat. I appreciate the first rated customer service that Chase bank provides. I changed from Citibank to Chase back in December and have never been happier! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
