Down to earth

I have always been pleased with being able to talk to Vernon staff on the phone. The advisers have a down-to-earth, friendly approach and explain any changes to payments, for example, with clarity. It's a refreshing contrast to the proliferation of "chatbots" or impersonal call centres. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
