A bank with an account that’s completely together.

I joined Chase in February 2023 after having a massively disappointing experience with Barclays (who I’d had an account with for over 20 years. Setting up a Chase account was simple and the app is completely intuitive. I can set up ‘pots’ for different payments and along with the cashback and round-ups, it’s a great account. I had to contact support once in the time I’ve had the account, and not only was the person at the end of the line really friendly, they also resolved the issue really quickly. All good!
