Great customer service.

I had a payment issue and rang customer service. They were swift at refunding the payment that a merchant over-collected and as a gesture of goodwill, they also refunded the initial payment too. It wasn’t by far a huge amount, but that empathy went a long way. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

I love Chase bank for my growing balance

I have loved Chase bank since I joined them December 2021, what’s best for Mr is that when I make transactions to family in the United States, I don’t have to pay the charges for exchange which my other bank requires I do and the percentage I get on my savings also keeps adding to my balance.
