Great App and Customer Service

I have had a great experience with Chase bank. Their app is really simple and easy to navigate around. I really like the round-up savings, although I wish we had more options of moving money into the savings account, rather than just the round-up. The few times I've contacted customer service I have had quick and friendly responses back. The only big downside to Chase is that they don't support international swift deposits. As someone who works for a company based outside of the UK, this is actually quite problematic. While my main paycheck can be direct deposited into my Chase account, I have to maintain another checking account with a different bank so that I can have my expenses reimbursed via swift payments.
