Simple, easy and overall very good-just a few drawbacks

Setting up my account was a breeze, done simply and easily within a few minutes. The ability to create new current and savings accounts on-the-fly is really helpful to managing your money. Also, the Round-up account on spend, with higher interest, has been really helpful to have the pennies here-and-there. The interest rates are average for an instant access account, and the rewards can begin to add up which is nice, especially when you're having a month with lots of spend. The customer service was very good, but it was a shame that you cannot speak to someone over the phone, only over the chat feature on the app. You can only use the Chase app on one device, and sometimes I find it helpful to manage my finances on a larger screen, which I cannot do with Chase. The only other main drawback is that transactions can only be downloaded in PDF format, there is no .csv export tool, which has made things difficult for me. Overall, in spite of these drawbacks, I'm very impressed with Chase and would recommend giving them a go. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
