Chase customer service is always excellent, everything resolved quickly. The different savings pots are very useful and return a good amount of interest. Similar to Plum/ Moneybox you can set up round ups that go into a 5% saver. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Chase has been great.

Chase has been great. A benefit of an online only bank is that you can do everything from the app and don’t have to go in-person to a bank that is probably far away with all the closures. Was able to easily change my name by uploading documents, whereas my other bank accounts made me take time off work to travel in. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
