User friendly, efficient, great customer service

The chase app is so easy to use, I love the notification feature to tell you when you’ve spent money, if you’re near your contactless limit, when you receive money and when an upcoming standing order is going to leave your account. The cashback on spending is also a big bonus. I had to change my surname on my account & I contacted customer services who had my request resolved in minutes and a new card came through within a couple of days! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
