Getting receipts for payments is too protracted. customer service always directs you to their site for FAQ. After I have tried this route it’s never easy to speak to a real person. Whilst I appreciate it’s a large company it has lost its customer focus. It’s just a big machine with no emotion or empathy. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026
