Chase are calm and proficient

Chase are easy to contact either by phone, email, or online , my queries or problems are answered and delt with, with little fuss. My banking information is always available to me and i feel it is secure at all time. Having forgotten my log in information i was back in my account within 20 minuets after answering the security questions (which was a problem as i have memory problems) , the person on line knew how to handle my problem and was calm and polite.
