Pockit stole my money

It's been over a month since my wage went into my pockit account and I still haven't got it. Initially they told me that is because I didn't upgrade my account. So I upgraded the account, sent them my payslip and a contract of employment but then they said cause it's over £700 they can give it to me. So I requested them to send it back to my work they said it was gonna take 10 days and it's been a month. I am a single parent and I have got kids. I worked and didn't see none of my money. I keep having to borrow money of my friends to look after myself and my kids. I keep calling them but no respond they are not picking up and if they do they keep telling me give it a few days. I had to make a complain through FCA cause they shouldn't be allowed to trade. The way they operate is really disgusting. I feel like they used my money that's why I still haven't got it.
