Nationwide usually provides competitive rates for its ISA products, especially in 2024. It also allowed multiple ISA accounts under a single “ISA”, which was important before the rule change allowing multiple ISA account openings within the same year. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

The Chase current account has really impressed me.

The Chase current account has really impressed me. Simply paying in your salary each month unlocks 1% cash bank on all spending. It’s also very easy and secure to send friends/family money via the app, which can be a frustrating experience through high street banks. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Competitive rates and attentive to customer needs

Chase have been fantastic from the start. Rates offered are consistently the highest and paid monthly so that customers have maximum flexibility. Online customer service messaging is almost instantaneous, unlike any of the high street banks that leave you sat on the phone. The app is super user-friendly and provides several lenses through which to review saving history and goals etc. The bank provides clear written communication on its approach to changing interest rates, unlike high street banks which responded to base rate hikes with a significant time lag.
