Very easy and quick to apply for a card.

Very easy and quick to apply for a card. Applied after downloading app and able to use phone while waiting for card to be delivered, which was only a few days wait. The app is very easy to use and navigate. I have had no contact with customer services, so I can not give my input about how they are. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

The bank app is very easy to use and you can set up...

The bank app is very easy to use and you can set up a savings pot in seconds, also option to round up money when making purchases, so the extra goes into a separate pot, both of these have a higher percentage of interest.only contacted customer services once regarding an issue of withdrawing money from an ATM, which was sorted by issuing a new card that arrived within days.
