Outstanding service

When I had to make a claim for a holiday cancelled at the last minute Holidaysafe dealt with it very promptly and I was refunded within a very short timescale. Excellent service

When I needed to make a claim Holidaysafe was extremely prompt in arranging payment to compensate for a holiday I had to cancel when my travelling companion was suddenly taken ill the day before we were due to start our holiday. Nothing can compensate for a missed holiday but the prompt payment was certainly appreciated! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

The best ever outcome of a holiday insurance claim!

I had to cancel my holiday the day before its was due to start because my travelling companion fell ill. I put in a claim which was dealt with very professionally and the whole process went unbelievably smoothly. Since then I have booked two more holidays and each time I have chosen to go with Holidaysafe again - I didn't even bother getting other quotes by way of comparison since my experience had been so positive. Having heard plenty of stories of bad experiences people have had trying to make a claim I was more than a bit apprehensive as I started the process but thankfully my experience was very different. Each time I received an e-mail saying I would have an update within a certain period of time it happened exactly as promised.
