20years and still feel happy with there service

I have used APlan now Howdan for around last 20years. I have 7different policies with them. A 10years ago went back to shopping around online. I got cheaper quote but they were not the same level of cover. Howdons are very helpful and informative. They are also proactive before renewals. totally happy

it was very easy and painless to purchase the insurance we needed online. I later realised that I had forgotten to mention a minor medical problem. I phoned them and explained my mistake. They were very friendly and helpful. they asked a few questions and added the medical history to our file. I expected to have to pay for this cover change, but they said thank you for telling them and there is extra fee. at the age 55 I must say they best and most helpful firm I have ever dealt with. clear, straight forward, honest and excellent value for money Reviewed on: 24th October 2016
