it took me almost 2 months to set up a savings account and after each time I tried to login to the website (and it not recognising my details, and having to reset my security details), then each transfer I made between accounts didn't happen (either manually or automatically) I decided I had had enough and closed the account. I was told that the funds were going to be transferred to my linked account by midnight the same day, and guess what? the transfer didn't happen. I've just been told they don't know why, but it will happen today no confidence at all in them as a company. Don't waste your time, effort or energy. Go elsewhere
