Try not to use. A credit card would be better

The concept of the app is great however they are continuously changing your limit and you’re not even aware so if you plan to purchase something you may not be able to. Eg I brought a light paid it off the a month later went to buy another and it wouldn’t go through. The company also don’t offer any protection for lost parcels. I didn’t receive my items and the store wouldn’t respond. Klarna refused to investigate like how your bank, PayPal or a credit card would as they said it’s not their place. Everyone’s happy

The children love having their own card however I think it’s great as a parent I can still see what they’re spending. The kite links are really good for birthday money from family they’re simple to use. The kite space is totally free unlike other apps like go Henry that charge you for using them.
