Recently went in for a mortgage review and the last couldn't of been more helpful, explained all the options Available to us as I find some of the jargon difficult to understand, went ahead with a really good deal, very happy

Great current account giving £5 reward each month plus cash back to be earnt using your debit card in certain stores. Very helpful in branch when setting up the account talking us through everything really well, can't fault them so far.

My local hsbc bank has very helpful and friendly staff, this is from everything to helping me change or review my products to enabling me to use the cash deposit machine when you only need to deposit cash or cheques during busy periods when the counters are full. Can't praise them enough for all of their help over the 10 years I have banked with them. Well done hsbc.
