Straightforward and efficient.

Whenever I have felt a need to contact Close Bros regarding any query, they have been easy to get hold of, and have dealt quickly and efficiently in resolving my issues. In particular they were very helpful when I was transferring ISAs from a third party provider, guiding through all the steps I needed to take so the process was straightforward.
