Review of the Yorkshire Building Society, Fixed Rate Mortgage:

So rude, totally put off using them!

I called the Yorkshire Building Society to check some things prior to arranging a meeting with one of their advisers in branch for a mortgage application, but the man was so rude, instead of listening to my query and attempting to help in any way, he was abrupt and did not seem interested in assisting me. I've no patience for such appalling customer service, I'll be going elsewhere. Reviewed on: 25th October 2016
