Nothing was too much trouble

The telephone experience when ringing for the first time to get a quotation for Gym Insurance was 1st class. I had a lot of questions and they were either answered immediately or if it was something he didn't know about, came back to me promptly with accurate answers having consulted with the underwriters. There have been a couple of times since taking up the insurance when I have had to ring to make additional enquiries and on both occasions have received the same level of professionalism.
