Excellent savings and customer service

I recently used Chase to save for my house. I got excellent rates and was able to add to my deposit. I also called up customer service late in the evening for an urgent query and was impressed that I didn't have to had at all. I was supported with my query and Chase did their due diligence to make sure my money was safely transferred to another account. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
