The app does not work!

The app does not work!! I cannot get access despite resetting my pin. Most times I go in I have to switch the phone off and back on again to get it to work and now not even that is getting me in Reviewed on: 17th December 2025

Our Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am – 5pm and Wednesday 10am – 5pm. We close for Christmas at 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December and reopen on Monday 29th December at 9am. Response date: 17th December 2025
