excellent customer service. user friendly platform. can be used by anyone. very quick access to help. only thing is it is a shame the interest rate went down on savings. but I do appreciate that is out of your control. keep it up Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Fantastic bank

Fantastic bank. Excellent customer support with prompt response times. Good interest rates on accounts. Regular email updates. Easy to use app. Would love to see a physical branch in the UK at some point. Otherwise, a great bank. Cheers! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
