Customer service could be better

Great interest rates. But your customer service is poor. When someone eventually answers the phone, I usually find them condescending and unfriendly. I spoke to a chap called Parvin when I first joined your bank and he spoke to me like I was an idiot. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
