Chase has been brilliant I simply can’t fault it.

Chase has been brilliant I simply can’t fault it. The customer service is second to none. It actually shocks me how good it is. It’s fast, kind and my issues are always resolved. The features on a basic free current account help me track, save and organise my money so well. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
