When I first moved to chase, I had an issue with moving my money from the current previous provider. The money got stuck. I contacted chase team and that immediately responded saying I had to contact my previous bank. The issue was later sorted but was stood out for me was the fast and effective customer service. Since then it has been a seamless journey. I get monthly interest on my money. Also the app is sophisticated, easy to use and navigate.
