Why did i not switch to chase sooner!

Was unsure at first about an on-line only bank as i had been with my original bank for 40+ years as they had local branches. Stuck on a poor savings rate and ss we were away on a family holiday to USA they had a 0% exchange charge so i took the plunge and opened a current and easy access savings account and linked them together. After 4 weeks with Chase they had iffered me more than my previous bank had in 40 years. Good return on savings with easy access saving account, excellent app, great customer servive and instant response to any queries and its an actual person replying not a awful chatbot.
