A delight to deal with, every time.

Since being with Chase, over three years now, I have enjoyed a level of customer service and help that stands head and shoulders above everyone else, especially when there have been disputed payments. They are always quickly available by phone and I can honestly say each call has been most positive and helpful to a surprising degree. I am very quick to recommend Chase to all friends and relatives. The perfect all rounder.

I have nothing but praise for my Chase Bank current account. Whilst I have other accounts it's now the only account I use daily and, especially, when traveling abroad which I do frequently. No ATM charges, near perfect exchange rates, one percent cashback and the added safety of no numbers on the card, making it less likely to be abused if lost or stolen. The customer service is always excellent, instantly available (no long holds) and once, in a disputed charge with a rogue company, I was instantly refunded even though this is a debit card. Mightily impressed with every aspect of Chase and its approach to banking and customer service. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024
