Reply from Insuratrip Hi, Thanks for your feedback, your policy certificate would have been in the body of the email where you clicked through to leave this review, similarly the policy documents such as the policy wording would have been sent as attachments with the email. If you could explain the issues you faced with your documents by emailing [email protected] we will investigate this further, as it is not how voting should work. As this is the only report we have had of this issue, we want to make sure that other customers are not experiencing the same problems.
