Alternatives are much better, cheaper and honest!

The platform hiked prices after advertising itself as a “free” trading platform. The charts are never real, only drawn to lure investors into buying assets, where Freetrade take commission on both the trade and their ridiculous exchange rate. Market buy orders have no limit to how high they can execute at and when queried, Support tell you that the prices in the app are only for guidance, not reflecting the real prices of assets. The limit buy orders don’t execute at all even when prices is multiple currency units under the limit - the explanation is that the trading partner is not able to identify a counterparty at the other end of the trade. Overall, a lot of puffed up marketing for nothing to support it. Other platforms are much better, cheaper and honest. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
