Review of the Freetrade, Online share dealing:

Freetrade: all around exceptional.

I have been a customer of Freetrade almost since it was first launched in 2015, and last year I became an investor in the company through CrowdCube. Throughout their journey, Freetrade has consistentily shown excellent customer service: Contact Us UI that allows the user to resolve issues quickly (their Freeda bot offers an excceptional level of interaction and query resolution), to monitor the level of attention being paid by the CSA by showing the last online time and seen times of messages. Week in and week out, the platform is engaaging with its users without fail, whether it be for the weekly treasury bill announcements, new stocks to the platform, IPOs or invitations to upcoming AGMs. Their features of stocks, futures, gilts, ETFs etc. are outstanding too. All around this platform should be recognised for its excellence in delivering a valuable product to the retail investor market. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
