Reply from Dear Jac, Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you found the registration process frustrating. We are currently investing in new technology and infrastructure, and we are always looking at ways in which to improve our service to customers. However, we need specific IT solutions which take time and investment, and as a smaller society we have to weigh up the costs and benefits. We do have a dedicated Online Support Team, (03300 243406), who are always pleased to help with any online issues.
