Review of the Hastings Direct, Car insurance:

Never using Hastings again in my lifetime.

So unhappy with them. V poor customer service. Having to chase at every stage. The accident was 100% not my fault yet they wish to settle on a knock for knock basis and take my £590 excess. Policy automatically renewed at this when or previously the excess was much lower. At a time when you need help, support and to be listened to DONT USE HASTINGS. I remain bitterly disappointed with them. Reviewed on: 29th October 2016
