Great customer service & helpful.

1) Approved my loan, which really helped with my plans. 2) Helped me to setup a standing order to make payment early. When they were unable to collect payment on payment date, from my bank. Money was in my account waiting for Plata to take. Other providers would have put a default on my credit file with no phone call. But Plata phoned me I checked my bank while on phone to confirm money was there. They provided their bank details, so I could make a bank transfer payment & setup a standing order. No wrong defaults on my credit file. Reviewed on: 24th April 2024
