Good experience

Everything is very well organised and I could not have asked for a smoother process. Communication was excellent and all the information was well displayed in my account. The only downside was that I had to use a card for the monthly repayments, instead of being given the option of a direct debit or setting up a standing order or paying by bank transfer.
