I am very disappointed in the service provided to me when coming into difficulties with a change of name for sole proprietor purposes for my mortgage. The bank was not willing to consider a UK citizen residing in the United States to take over part of the mortgage to allow me to keep the property and the competitive rate. I don’t believe the bank has done everything in their power to help genuine working class people to keep hold of their livelihood after working hard to attain this.
